What is your turnaround time for delivery after the production shoot?

  • Matterport 3D virtual tours are delivered in 24-48 business hours.
  • Property showcasing and aerial videos are delivered in 5-7 business days.
  • Interactive rendering tours are delivered in 5-10 business days.
  • Rendering images are delivered in 5-7 business days.
  • Rendering animation videos are delivered in 5-30 business days.
  • As-Built Scans vary depending on project size and complexity.
  • Floor and Site Plans take 3-5 business days.

How do I receive my assets?

When your content is finalized, we will send you a confirmation email with a download and payment link containing all content assets for your property.

Can I schedule my production day on a weekend?

Weekend productions should be requested 5-7 days in advance.

Do I need to be on-site for productions?

You do not need to be present for productions unless you prefer to be at the property. If it’s your first production with Content Studios, our professionals are happy to meet you on-site.

Do I have to engage in end-to-end communication planning?

No. Many clients come to us for a specific phase and deliverable to achieve a project milestone. However, single projects often lead to more strategic visual communication planning as projects begin to accelerate with less effort.

Do you only work with developers, architects, and brokers?

No. We provide visual communications for every sector and commercial phase. This includes landlords and property managers looking to prioritize maintenance projects as well as general contractors needing to document code compliance and align contractors.

What aspects of production and post-production do you provide?

From strategy to delivery, we execute every aspect of visual communication projects to ensure you get key feature narratives that instantly connect. We engage in concepting, creative direction, project management, art direction, production, post-production, asset delivery, and hosting.

Post – production capabilities include:

What are your usage agreements for visual assets?

We want you to have access to your communication assets. With our licensing agreements, Content Studios retains ownership of assets while companies get unlimited usage for all promotional purposes across all marketing outlets for a set period of time.
